have a quad 909,cdp2 and the quad 99 preamp....was considering bi amping and changing over to a krell krc-3-
much the same set up as yours...did you start out using the 99 pre? if so....do you miss the tilt/and tone controls that are incorporated in the 99? what are the major tonal changes in your system after installing the krc? currently using modified wharfedale opus 1 speakers.
