Can't the Devaliet stream music wirelessly?

I like my Aries and have been a hard core streamer since mid2000s. I am a big Sonos fan. Use them in my office and at home for ambient tunage....

And last I'm still waiting on my Box Furniture Rack.. I did get one a month or so ago but it was finished in the wrong color.. it was supposed to be done in a maple like finish but it got stained a cherry color.. so a new one is being made in maple..

So how is the SQ? The Ayon piece is your typical "analog" sounding digital source that fogs over digital gremlins with tubes. Does the Devaliet succeed in creating a fatigue free, analog sound? I guess we won't know for at least a year or two. Time is always the final arbiter....

Excellent! More details please. I have heard mixed things (mostly from show perceptions). I will definitely consider one in the future for a second system or more lifestyle friendly system per the wife's demands. I wish they made amps only or that the unit allowed a dac input with DSD reception capabilities. I would consider running my Lampizator L7 through it....

Well I do have a bit of an update.. I am VERY strongly considering a move to a Devialet 200! If I do and I'm about 95% that I will, then I'll have no need of the Aries..

I really like the idea of no tweaking.. no more software updates to the Dac no more tube rolling, just a nice killer super simple system.. I'm hoping that it will lead to just listening to more music and listening to less hifi :-)

Very interesting. I agree with your sentiments and have thought about the Devaliet when it first came out. I used a French Wifi streamer for many years and it was very good. Is the current iteration of the Devaliet still resolution limited? No DSD, etc?
