Hi Erik, I supected it's that "endless pursuit of better sound" syndrome. I believe you'll be fine as you refocus on just enjoying your music and being appreciative of what you have.
It's been my contention that the entire point of having an audio system is to allow the pleasure of listening to music in our homes. The ability to enjoy music we love at our convenience is a wonderful option at our disposal. I believe that the frustration and anxiety results from pursuing perfect sound and thus never really appreciating what you have. Obviously I don't know if that's the case here.
