The Wall Damp material has a thin layer of adhesive on each side. The stuff is like fly paper! ASC sells it in 4" squares, 1.5" x 4' strips, and roll ends by the lb.

Wow Steve, two double-wide BDR shelves. Me likey! I'm making myself all new shelves for my three Solid Steel racks (to replace the stock MDF). A layer of slate, another of Baltic Birch plywood, with a layer of ASC Wall Damp between them. Not as good as carbon fiber, but a lot cheaper. Can't get them done until my woodworker reopens his business.

Awesome Steve! In the 90's I had all my gear sitting on exterior wall-mounted Target shelves, a Townshend Seismic Sink between each shelf and the piece sitting on it. My current situation doesn't allow for that, so it's back to floor racks.

How do you like the Vicoustic Multifusers? I have a carton in my shopping cart on the Thomann (Germany) site, watching the exchange rate as the dollar gains in strength. When the Euro hits bottom, I'll pounce!

Bummer! So you built your Trio? Not too demanding? Guess if I want a Maxxed Out it'll have to be used. I'm happy right now with my Herron. THAT Keith is another good guy!

slaw, I see what appears to be a K & K phono amp under your Rock. Is it the Maxxed Out? If I ever again get a new phono stage, that's at the top of my very short check out list (along with the Zesto).

Looks like an excellent design Steve. The layout of my current room prevents wall mounting my Townshend Rock Elite table (it has Sorbothane feet, which I bypass with a set of the Seismic Pods), but luckily my floor is pretty stable. Kenny, I think you may be able to put a set of the Pods under your rack, even with your table's spring suspension. The resonant frequency of the Pods is very, very low, not that close to that of your table's, I would guess. You of course don't want both spring systems to have the same resonant frequency, but I don't believe you would. Email Max Townshend for technical advice, he's a very nice fellow.
