I like dark sounding speakers, because I listen at high volume and it doesn't hurt my ears, and give me a listening fatigue on a prolonged listening session.
I love the Tannoy 15 inch coaxial speakers but can't swing them at the moment. Jbl 4411 sounds pretty good to me, but I would welcome comments on improving them, and my system as a whole.
I tend to like also the British gears. Harbeth and BBC monitor speakers sound good to my ears.
Don't get me wrong - I am pretty happy with my system, and enjoying it quite a bit, but just wondering where my weak link is, so I can improve it.
For the amount of money invested in it, it sounds pretty good to me.
What do you guys think?
