Description

I've finally reached a point where I'm only going to be doing some very minor changes.

For 2 channel - I have a restored H.H. Scott 222C (PP tube with 18watts/ch) and a John Hogan S.E.T. (300b with 8-10watts/ch) running into my Klipsch speakers with upgraded crossover networks. The H.H. Scott 222C and John Hogan S.E.T. are just amazing and I have been blown away by the sound of tubes.

HT - All Klipsch 5.1 set-up, every Klipsch speaker has it's crossover network upgraded. Centerpiece is the 71" Samsung 1080P DLP. The two sources are HD cable and 1080P HDMI feed from the Denon upconverting DVD player.

The addition of the custom Audio Magic Matrix, custom Audio Magic Matrix PC's, custom BMI Whale Supreme Statement PC, and the Argent Audio Pursang S cabling have taken things to an entirely new level.

I'm with you on tubes for intimate listening (lite listening as you say)

Had a Jolida tube at one time. It gave me the taste of what could be, and I have heard so much about EICO. I would love to have old Klipsch Corus, an original Rega Planet, and tubes in a small den.

I currently have 2 channel music/movies and there are compromises. Have you tought about your EICO and a pair of Klipsh in a intimate setting, and leave you HT seperate?

Very nice HT. Love the EICO and Klipsch. Is this for front L/R. Is the 8100 for bass? I always felt Klipsch is great HT because of the horns.

Can you explain what amps drive what speakers. You have lots of stuff so I'm confused.
Do you have more pix of gear and rest of room.
